I would like to start off by saying that I felt the staff there and the manager. Nikkie were amazing and get five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I know they went above and beyond to help customers in need .. such as one day I know that Nikki made it possible for guests to have things they ran out of and spent out of their pocket to get them like milk for breakfast .. Your maintenance team worked on things when needed and did a great job! The hotel can only improve if the owners take the time to help improve it … FOR INSTANCE you advertise a pool and there is none it is down indefinitely… if advertising it fix it so you don’t feel as a client you are being lied to The amount of items available to the staff there needs to be adequate… they should be able to order or get things from the owners to more than supply the hotel rooms daily .. each room should have at least 3 of each bedding and bathroom supplies per day and the time spent there feel they are not provided that.. just my observation in the weeks we were there .. Traveling the past few months I have stayed at many hotels and this one by far was not the worst but also know it needs some TLC come up with a better breakfast menu … maybe change it up to give different options daily.. maybe invest in a better work station for the kitchen … again just a person on the outside looking in !!! GOOD LUCK TO THE STAFF AND MANAGER! AND KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK YOU ARE DOING!!!

Overall this hotel has great prices for what it has to offer ! I love the pet friendly point of view and service animals are always free ! Great for a leisure weekend of rest I highly recommend joining the rewards program , you get small prizes like Starbucks gift card , Amazon card and a few other perks. More points you get more free nights !! So always book through app!!All that remains are my concluding thoughts, most definitely the best qualities for this quiet hotel on the hill. The breakfast !!!! Way better then super 8 meal. This place has much better fresh food , more juices and teas , variety of bagels and yogurts with two different waffle flavors. Definitely something to look forward to in the AM. And my final thoughts for my review are, Shout out to Christina ! All the staff embodied a super kind and friendly nature, and they all had a welcoming perspective! But Mrs CHRISTINA took the lead with us and made a point to get our names and greet us with a smile, made sure we had what we needed no matter what time it was or how busy she was, and above all, She was very kind and helped us out alot, and we will definitely be back !!!!

We went to the lobby for free breakfast at 6am and it was very nice. A waffle station, juice machine, biscuits & gravy, cinnamon rolls, cereal & more. We enjoyed this breakfast in their comfortable lobby. The room was decent. Comfortable for the price, we didn’t need much. The bed wasn’t great, very squeaky & a divot in the middle. The bedding was clean & the pillows were comfortable. The water was hot and the bathroom was clean. The WiFi worked fine with my laptop. Staff- friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the ice machine was not working and the pool was closed for maintenance. We would definitely stay here again. No major complaints.

Nicky the manager, and India take customer service to the next level. The hotel became 5 stars not because of the hotel or any amenities, or location. It became 5 stars because of the excellent service that India and her manager provided. Thank you for having sucking amazing people working there.

My daughter and I arrived at 2am last night. I called at 1am, and from the call to check in, they have went out of their way to accommodate us, and make sure we received the best value for our money. I've never left a review for a hotel before, but I couldn't let this establishments hospitable, professional staff go unrecognized. It's been a tough few weeks. A little kindness meant a whole lot.

The hotel has some flaws, some maintenance issues and a few housekeeping issues, however, our visit was extremely pleasant even though we stayed during a heat wave. Our room had a view of the mountains and trains and some beautiful sunsets. With that, we were totally blessed. Our room was comfortable and quiet providing us with some wonderful nights of sleep. Maintenance/Housekeeping guys were super friendly and held great conversations with us. It was like we were all friends, it felt like home. Lobby had no A/C and it made for a very uncomfortable breakfasts or for even lounging out in the lobby. I would think a hotel would have made A/C in the lobby a priority. Even going as far as renting a stand alone outside unit to pipe air in. The people were all very friendly, breakfast was basic but it was sufficient. Showers were strong, water was hot and the coffee was great. They should think about a small outside gazebo off the breakfast area, would be a nice touch. Pool was down, that needed to get repaired and back up and running. When we travel back to the area again we will truly stay at this hotel. We really honestly and truly enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice Was there Just to Sleep for the Nite. Conveniently there was a Resturant and Bar Almost Outside our door.lol It Also was Very Nice and Families are Welcome.

The ladies of this hotel are what makes the experience from me. I traveled from Connecticut on a couple hours sleep in hopes of meeting an overnight package at this hotel to begin a days work in the area. After explaining the scenario they we kind to check me in probably earlier than I ever have doing this job. Attentive to my package delivery so much that after USPS delayed the delivery they came directly to my car in the lot to inform me the package had arrived. Come on. That is service. I forgot my flatware to eat my dinner. I made a pot roast because I cook out of my hotels and it really does help the mental health when you travel solo. Plates napkins cups were easily attainable with their help. Kindness goes so far in life and these two young ladies are nailing it. Want to feel like you came home to mom's house that's definitely been around a minute but full of love and service. This is it. Can't beat the view on the one side of the hotel. Keep it up ladies and thanks for making the one night stay just pleasant.
